Vandapower has moved 12 employees from its former base in Waterlooville to Spring Park Unit 4, a high-quality industrial project being built by developer Kingsbridge Estates in the New Lane Industrial Estate.
The team – established as Torberry Connectors in 1971 and acquired by Vandapower NV in November 2021 – specializes in batteries, components and cables for a variety of applications including electric mobility products, forklifts , telecommunications and electric vehicle charging.
Dave Edwards, UK Operations Manager, said: “Our success and year-on-year growth meant we had simply outgrown our existing premises. We were looking for new, quality housing without displacing our teams too much, and Spring Business Park was the perfect choice.
“We are delighted to be among the first occupants of this quality, ideally located site and look forward to continuing to grow our team while providing first class service to clients.”
