HICKSVILLE, NY, September 23, 2021 /PRNewswire/ — Cambridge Kitchens Mfg. announced that it had recently added two new manufacturing machines to its already large-scale production facility, further refining its highly customized kitchen creation process. Founded by owner, Nick Vassi, Cambridge Kitchens creates high-end custom cabinetry by guiding customers through a layer-by-layer design process, then manufacturing pieces with artisan-guided machinery. Every Cambridge Kitchen design is inspired by the old-world elegance of Europe, combined with new world technology used to design a wide variety of kitchens in different styles that stand the test of time. Cambridge Kitchens is also a certified Sub-Zero dealer.® and wolf® kitchen appliances.
“Our design process has always been incredibly elaborate,” Nick Vassi Explain. “Careful attention is paid to every little detail, with the customer’s desires and opinions put first. We start with an in-depth meeting, often spending hours bringing their dream kitchen to life by meeting all of their requests. We get to know each of our clients individually: their decorating likes and dislikes, what they want their new kitchen space to accomplish, how they want it to blend in with the decor and overall layout. of the house, etc. Customers can experience what their kitchen will look like before anything is built, through 3D computer renderings created before their eyes. This allows us to give them an idea of the final product, adding details and building exactly what they want before they even get to manufacturing.
Every kitchen detail is mapped out in detail before production approval, including door style selections, color selections, architectural details, and exact planning of where pots, pans, and utensils will be stored. Once a customer is completely satisfied with the kitchen plans, they sign off on production before the pieces are individually manufactured at Cambridge Kitchen’s production facility.
Using state-of-the-art computer technology that communicates with the machines in the factory, the pieces are cut almost like a jigsaw and eventually come together like a work of art. All parts are made from the finest solid woods, assembled using European hinges and hard acrylic paints that will not chip, fade or oxidize. Turnaround times are fast, with a kitchen being manufactured in 2-3 weeks. Customers are then invited to come in and inspect the entire design, fully assembled, before installation begins in the home.
“We offer more than just cabinets,” Vassi said. “We create an experience for our customers by using a wide variety of important touches to add a bit of magic to every project design. Customers can choose anything they want during the design process, from custom colors to styles of custom doors. We achieve both high-end aesthetics and functionality. Our greatest strength is turning ideas into works of lasting beauty – by combining traditional and non-traditional methods.”
