Breadbin Productions is a growing video production company with a high end showreel and a large customer base. We produce video content ranging from internal marketing videos, corporate videos, digital/social campaigns and TV commercials to events including live online events using Unreal Engine.

Customer service person needed to help manage customer expectations, from note taking to final handover and delivery. Must have great interpersonal skills and a fun, easy-going disposition.

Day-to-day work management and management of a small post-production team. Great attention to detail. Will be required to perform quality control and audit all business results to ensure work is delivered on time, on schedule and within budget.

Looking for someone with the skills below to really help with the production workload. This is a technical job, so a great understanding of computers and software is required as well as the technical aspects of film production.

Requirements

• A degree/diploma in film or advertising
• Four or more years of relevant production/customer service/account management experience
• Ability to manage workflow and effectively manage a small team
• Excellent attention to detail and high standards of quality control
• Solid full production planning, from concept to post-production
• Reliability, honesty and dedication to push the boundaries and really go the extra mile
• MS Office and MS 365 are a must, so please indicate your skill level on your CV
• The ability to work at Chase is a plus but not essential as we can teach it.
• An efficient and motivated candidate with knowledge of business management and ethical principles involved in planning, resource allocation and human resources
