Elevate Windows and Doors will establish a new production and distribution operation, with the purchase of the Commerce Park I Spec Building in Hopkinsville, Kentucky. The $16 million project is expected to create 203 jobs.
The company will acquire an existing 100,000 square foot facility, which sits on 22 acres. Operations are scheduled for April 2023.
“Elevate, a leading manufacturer of contemporary, energy-efficient vinyl windows and doors for new residential construction and replacement applications, is coming to Hopkinsville soon. In anticipation of our eastern expansion, we would like to thank the Commonwealth of Kentucky, Christian County, City of Hopkinsville and TVA for their hard work and support,” said Mike Prindle, Chief Financial Officer at Elevate.
To encourage investment and job growth in the community, the Kentucky Economic Development Finance Authority (KEDFA) pre-approved a 15-year incentive agreement with the company under the Kentucky Business Investment Program. The performance-based agreement can provide up to $2.25 million in tax incentives based on the company’s investment of more than $16 million and annual goals of creating and maintaining performance. 203 full-time jobs in Kentucky over 15 years; and pay an average hourly wage of $22, including benefits, for these jobs.
By achieving its annual objectives over the term of the agreement, the business may be eligible to retain a portion of the new tax revenue it generates. The company can claim eligible incentives against its income tax and/or employee contributions.

Additionally, the business may receive resources from Kentucky labor service providers. These include free recruitment and placement services, low-cost personalized training, and job training incentives.
