The first model from electric vehicle maker Fisker arrived in Los Angeles on Monday to begin road testing ahead of mass production and first deliveries scheduled for November in Graz, Austria. In early June, the company announced it had surpassed 50,000 reservations for the model with the base Sport trim priced at $37,499 before incentives. The Extreme trim level is priced at $68,999 and offers an estimated range of over 350 miles.

CEO Henrik Fisker recently declared the model to be the most sustainable car in the world based on the number of recycled and biodegradable materials used in its production, but also considering the CO2 neutral factory.

Last week, the company said it would release its second-quarter results Aug. 3 after the market closed following a conference call at 5 p.m. ET. The conference call can be accessed on Fisker’s Investor Relations website and will feature CEO Henrik Fisker, CTO Burkhard Huhnke, and COO/CFO Geeta Gupta-Fisker.

Shareholders of electric vehicle makers will be able to submit and ask questions of the company via the Say platform (here) up to 24 hours before the earnings call and Fisker says it “intends to respond to a question selection”.

Recently, Fisker announced the hiring of former BMW executive Alpay Uguz as senior vice president of global manufacturing. Previously, Uguz served BMW as manager of the Spartanburg, South Carolina, SUV plant and will now help Fisker reach its goal of producing one million vehicles a year by 2027.
