More and more companies choose Perpetuo – predictive maintenance software

Perpetuo is the predictive maintenance software, specially designed for the die casting industry, able to communicate with any machine or peripheral in the production cell worldwide, regardless of its brand and type.

By using Artificial Intelligence models to identify abnormal behavior, Perpetuo transforms data collected by sensors installed on equipment or by machine automatons into meaningful information that can be used for the predictive maintenance of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic parts subject to wear or failure. To date, with a hundred machines already connected to Perpetuo, it is possible to estimate a reduction in annual downtime of at least 35%.

One of the first companies to choose Perpetuo was Pressofusione Saccense. “Another foundry that trusted us”, explained Tiziana Tronci, Board Member and New Product Development Gefond, “and realized that Perpetuo is a strategic tool capable of keeping production process management under control , it’s Alpress”. Among the most recent is the Costamp group, which has chosen to connect Perpetuo to the three factories using tool machining equipment and then to connect the entire foundry in a second phase already scheduled. “We have chosen Perpetuo on the machining machines of all our equipment. Thanks to predictive maintenance, we want to better manage the machines and anticipate problems in order to reduce downtime and optimize the management of spare parts “, explains Carlo Corti, Systems Maintenance & Innovation Manager Costamp Grouper. Predictive maintenance proves that today the difference in terms of competitiveness can be made by reinforcing the predictive power of data.

More and more manufacturers, such as Tecnopres and Wollin, are also choosing Perpetuo to optimize customer service and better understand how their systems work. “The collaboration between Wollin and Gefond, declares Bjorn Wollin, CEO of Wollin, is a long one. The new stage of this collaboration is represented by the integration of the Perpetuo software on the new range of ESM sprayers. After careful analysis and tests, we chose Perpetuo to offer our customers predictive maintenance and even more reliability and efficiency,”
