Titans season 4 has officially wrapped production as one of the HBO Max drama’s stars celebrates the ending with behind-the-scenes photos.
Production officially ended on Titans season 4, with one of the show’s stars sharing behind-the-scenes photos. One of HBO Max’s popular DC TV shows is about to finally return to the streaming service. Based on the Teen Titans mythology, Titans follows Nightwing and his super-team as they face off against various threats in the DC Universe. Titans Season 3 focused on the team’s move to Gotham City as they faced a personal threat in the form of Jason Todd, as their former ally became Red Hood. However, Scarecrow ended up being the real villain before finally being defeated at the end of Titans season 3.
Following the events of Titans season 3, season 4 will see the heroes set off on their next adventure while leaving Gotham City behind. Despite the many changes that Warner Bros. Discovery has implemented with HBO Max, Titans Season 4 is still scheduled to premiere in November. Whether or not there will be another season remains to be seen, although reports claim that Titans is safe on HBO Max for the foreseeable future.
Since February, Titans season 4 is in production on their 12-episode order, with one less episode than previous seasons. After 7 long months, principal photography is officially done as Ryan Potter, who plays Beast Boy on the show, announced on Instagram that they have finally wrapped filming for the new season. The 27-year-old actor shared several photos of BTS from his shoot Titans season 4 as a way to celebrate the end of filming. Check out Potter’s post below.
While Warner Bros. TV and HBO Max haven’t shared many details about Titans season 4, there are things to come for Potter to look forward to this year. For the first time in the entire series, one of the Titans the actors were able to co-write an episode, with Potter having worked on a script with executive producer Geoff Johns. There is also a supposed star girl and Titans crossover, as Potter was recently seen with Brec Bassinger, who plays Courtney Whitmore on The CW’s star girl. It’s also been confirmed that Beast Boy will be getting a new costume, though production has yet to reveal it publicly.
Since Titans Season 4 has wrapped up with production, which means HBO Max will soon begin marketing the show with trailers and other promotional materials. While we know that Titans Season 4 will air in November, the exact date has yet to be announced. With New York Comic Con happening less than two weeks away, the show will take place at the event, which will likely be where they drop the first trailer with a premiere date and other special looks from Titans season 4. With so much to look forward to, it will be exciting to finally see the first glimpses of Titans season 4 in an official capacity in the coming weeks.
