Jellysmack announces a production division with partners like Karina Garcia and SpicyyCam

Through services such as distribution and catalog licensing, Jellysmack has helped its partners raise over $175 million. JellySmash Productions will add to this figure.

The self-proclaimed “global creative company” is opening an end-to-end content studio that will rub shoulders with the biggest stars on platforms like YouTube and TikTok. Jellysmack has already announced multi-year production partnerships with several top creators, including DIY maven Karine Garcia and the spice king, aka SpicyyCam.

“Our comprehensive original content production service helps accelerate video creation to maximize revenue on more social platforms,” ​​reads a post on JellySmash’s homepage. The studio wants to partner with creators who need help designing, producing, editing and testing new videos.

JellySmash’s early partners worked with the studio to expand across multiple platforms. JellySmash has helped the Spice King brand go beyond TikTok by partnering with the account creator to produce over 50 videos across three platforms. SpicyyCam banged hard Snapchat Discoverwhere it got 3.5 million unique views.

“Since I signed with Jellysmackcreating content has been so much easier for me,” said SpicyyCam, whose real name is Cameron Walker, in a report. “The partnership allows me to focus on new content, as well as my family and my life outside of work that I didn’t have time to prioritize before.”

On behalf of creators like Walker, Garcia, Charles and Alysseand queen of pasta, JellySmash has been pretty busy. The studio, led by the YouTube Originals vet Amy Hussey and former Condé Nast executive Nathan Guetta – has already produced hundreds of videos on YouTube, Facebook, Snapchat and Pinterest. These clips generated over 500 million minutes of watch time.

Those big numbers are just the start of JellySmash. The studio’s parent company has launched social web content initiatives and now has the unit it needs to deliver on those promises.
